“When I was first introduced to HomeBuyer Group I thought it was too good to be true. As my daughter recently moved out of our second home, I was faced with making a decision of finding reliable contractors to quote on and contract the job of restoring the house. Then I would have to list it with a Real Estate to sell. It would probably take 6 to 8 months before it was sold. Yes I could of done all of this and made a few dollars more but my job did not allow me the time required to do all this. HomeBuyer Group made me an offer to buy the house AS IS. They also offered to pay all the closing cost. My only expense would for any delinquent taxes and the current tax up to the closing date. When I showed the HomeBuyer Group representative the inside of the House, I expected that he would attempt to renegotiate the offer to a lower amount. To my surprise, this did not happen. To make sure I asked him again if the price he offers was still good. He did not hesitate in telling me that it was as the HomeBuyer Group quoted. In addition I was given time to clear out any personal items that I wanted. There was never any pressure from HomeBuyer Group to get things done. I had the choice of setting the closing date for the sale.
