Step 2: Meet at the property to receive an offer
This is where we shake hands and you ask a bunch more questions. Tell us about the house and show us around. If we both feel like there is a fit, we can talk more specifically about price and when you want to pickup the check.
Step 3: Let us handle the paperwork
This part is a real hassle, FOR US! We manage and pay for all the paperwork. Sit back and let us deal with any headaches that may come up!
Step 4: Pick up your money
This is the fun part!! Simply drop off your keys, sign the closing documents and pick up your money! That’s it. We make selling your house simple with only four easy steps to selling your house.
